Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was a teenager. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is the youngest IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her education at college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. She had already won four other fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took the first six years of contest to earn her college degree. Her return came in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Ariel competed against the best of elite athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
