Ann Curry

Ann Curry is a photojournalist writer, journalist, and photographer who has covered war zones for the past more than 45 years. Her work focuses on the human suffering of disasters and human tragedy. She became the first female anchor at the station, when she was just 22. She then moved up to anchoring and reporting at KGW the NBC affiliate station located in Portland. Then she returned in Los Angeles four years later working as a journalist at KCBS TV. In the course of her six-year relationship with KCBS She was honored with the two Emmy Awards.
